USP ATWATER - FY26 FIRE ALARM SYSTEM INSPECTIONS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a
written solicitation will not be issued. THIS MEANS AN SF-1449 WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
Solicitation 15B61826Q00000001 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220.
This requirement is for various fire inspection/maintenance services for the United States Penitentiary Atwater during the fiscal year 2026 (October 2025 - September 2026).  The basis for award will be best value to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated considering past performance and price. Responsible offerors shall incorporate shipping costs and any other internal processing costs into their bid price. Order will be awarded on a firm fixed price purchase order and paid electronically once service has been completed and proper invoice has been received.
