UV LED FLATBED PRINTER RFI- TNARNG

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. There is no solicitation available at this time. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice. If a solicitation is later released, it will be synopsized in a location to be determined. It is the potential business concerns responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. This effort is to seek qualified potential sources capable of fulfilling the requirements of the procurement of a UV LED Flatbed Printer. 

The Tennessee Army National Guard's (TNARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB), located in Smyrna, TN, has a potential requirement for a UV LED Flatbed Printer with Inkjet printing technology. This item will be used within RRB's mission of designing and creating engaging marketing items that help build awareness and drive enlistments within the TNARNG. For additional details regarding the specifications of our potential requirement, please refer to the draft salient characteristics attachment.

The currently contemplated NAICS code is 334118 Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. If you are capable of fulfilling this requirement, please indicate your interest by sending a capability statement via e-mail (only) by no later than 12:00 AM CST on 14 August 2025 to palance.c.baxter.mil@army.mil.

2. Your capability statement should demonstrate a firm understanding of the requirements, addressing the following at a minimum:

Provide a brief history of your business, to include organization structure, experience in supplying new UV LED Flatbed Printers to the commercial market and how you have the resources necessary to fulfill the potential requirement roughly outlined in the draft salient characteristics attachment.

     b. Describe subcontracting services previously utilized. If you are a small business, explain how you would conduct 51% of the work if this requirement was set aside for small businesses. 

     c. Describe how your current commercial/federal contracts are structured.

3. Pleas provide a rough order of magnitude/rough pricing estimate that includes purchase, delivery, and installation of all items listed in the attached purchase description. *THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE! PROVIDE ROUGH ESTIMATES ONLY! *

4. Please identify potential issues, questions, or problems with the rough draft requirement outlined in the draft salient characteristics attachment that may make it difficult to perform or greatly increase the cost of performance.
