NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis in support of the CAD/PAD program office. The estimated award date is approximately Nov 2025. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This will be competitive between Cobham Mission Systems/Eaton; CAGE Code: 99251 and Stratus Systems, Inc. of Belle Chasse; CAGE Code: 3AX04. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately August 07, 2025. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firms listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Qualification package required for those contractors who are not already qualified (See FAR 52.209-1). Unless determined to be in the Government’s interest, award of this anticipated contract shall not be delayed to permit an offeror to submit evidence of qualification.
