Dallas, TX 75216, serving over 235,000 veterans across the North Texas and southern Oklahoma area and its Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. This requirement is for non-emergent wheelchair transportation services on an as-needed basis, IAW all federal, state, and local regulations, to transport patients to and from appointments.
