Scope
This action will award a purchase order, on a brand name specific basis, to acquire Swagelok brand high-pressure fittings, adapters, and connectors. These items are being acquired for the manufacture/repair of Damage Control Equipment for NAVSUP.                  The requirement will be competed among distributors that offer Swagelok brand name products.

• UNION, POSITIONABLE (P/N: SS-6-SAE-6P-6ST)
• UNION, BULKHEAD (P/N: SS-8-VCO-11-6AN)
• ELBOW, POSITIONABLE (P/N: SS-8-VCO-9P-6ST)
• VALVE, CHECK (P/N: SS-CHVCO4-5)
• GASKET (P/N: SS-6-RS-2V)
• STEM PACKING KIT (P/N: T-9K-3N)

• Award will be based on the best value to the government considering price, delivery, quality, and past performance.
• Email quotes to jessica.d.clark27.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above.
• The Government will not accept late quotes.
• The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete.
• Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote.
• Vendors must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• If shipping is not included in the price include a line item for shipping.
• Vendors must ensure that they have received a response within 24 business hours after quote has been submitted to
