    FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE FOR THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (CONUS)

    REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Logistics Management Directorate (LMD), requires a contractor to provide all personnel, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance, and repairs, including accident repairs at four different geographical locations in the Contiguous United States (CONUS) listed below.
    1. DC Atlanta, 3780 Southside Industrial Ct., Atlanta, GA 30354
    2. DC Fort Worth, 501 W. Felix, Fort Worth, TX 76115
    3. DC Greencastle, 12879 Molly Pitcher Hwy, Greencastle, PA 17225
    4. DC Tracy, 1547 East Grant Line Road, Tracy, CA 95304

    This RFI is issued solely for information gathering purposes to identify sources that can provide support for the LMD Contiguous United States National Fleet Equipment (CNFE). In accordance with FAR 15.101(c), RFIs may be used when the Government wants to obtain price, delivery, other market information, and capabilities for planning purposes. Responses to these RFIs are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with their RFI response. Respondents will not receive additional information in response to their submittal to the RFI and will not be notified of the resulting market research.

    Interested contractors shall submit their RFI responses electronically to Danyelle Wilcox, Contracting Officer, at Danyelle.Wilcox@fema.dhs.gov no later than 11:00 am Eastern Time (ET), Monday, August 31, 2026. Questions regarding this RFI are due no later than 11:00 am ET Friday, August 14, 2026.
