This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Suzuki Marine Engines and parts for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC)in Charleston, SC.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 70LCHS25QPFB00038.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2025-05 effective August 07, 2025.

In response to this combined notice, vendors will be required to submit the following information on company letterhead or business stationary directly to the Contracting Officer by the date and time established for receipt of quotes.

By submission of a quote, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
