VIBRATION ANALYSIS & ULTRASOUND TESTING

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotations are being requested. The solicitation number is 15F06726R0000057 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror - NAICS 541330 – Engineering Services. This is a total Small Business set-aside with a size standard of $25,500,000.00.

Submission of Questions

Questions shall be submitted via email – Request for Information (RFI) and sent to the attention of Andre Wilson at alwilson6@fbi.gov , and Logan Swiger at lswiger2@fbi.gov no later than Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:00 am, EDT. Questions sent via other means (i.e., telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not receive responses.

Submission of Quotes

The RFQ number is 15F06726R0000057 and shall be referenced on all proposals. Proposals and any accompanying information shall be submitted via email to Andre Wilson at alwilson6@fbi.gov and Logan Swiger at lswiger2@fbi.gov no later than Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 5:00PM, EDT.  Proposals sent via other means (i.e., telephone call, email, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not receive responses. The government will not reimburse any cost incurred in relation to proposal preparation.
