Virtual and Onsite Industry Day Announcement for Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (ITDOSS)

Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC)

When: This is an announcement for a Virtual Event and two onsite events located at FLETC Glynco and FLETC Artesia

Virtual: August 6, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

Location: Microsoft Teams Meeting and/or phone in connection

Onsite FLETC Glynco: August 13, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Location. 1131 Chapel Crossing Drive, Building 912, Glynco, Georgia 31524

Onsite FLETC Artesia: August 20, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  

Location: 1300 W Richey Ave, Artesia, New Mexico 88210

Attendance Limitations:   Two participants per vendor for onsite locations.  There is no participation limit for the virtual event. Pre-registration is required.

Attendance Requests: All interested parties must respond directly by email to Lynda Bush, Contracting Officer, at lynda.a.bush@fletc.dhs.gov. Please provide your firm's name, name(s) of the individual(s) attending, email address, phone number, and citizenship status. All responses for attendance must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. August 4, 2025, or you will not be able to attend the Industry Day Events.

Participants will be sent an invite and a call in number the day before the virtual presentation.

Participants for the Onsite Locations are required to provide a completed FLETC Visitor Form, Section A only, to the Contracting Officer, lynda.a.bush@fletc.dhs.gov.  The link to the form is Chief Security Office | Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers.

Why: To provide information on the upcoming Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (ITDOSS) solicitation and provide a forum for offerors to provide feedback and ask high-level questions of the FLETC program managers. 

FLETC intends to meet with vendors from the Information Technology Services industry during this event to discuss requirements and host a Q&A session. Vendors may submit questions in advance to the Contracting Officer.

Notice:  The anticipated applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code has not been finalized at this time.
