    The U.S. Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems (OPM-MAS}, will be hosting a Virtual Large Caliber Industry Day. The Industry Day will be held via Microsoft Teams and is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM (ET) on 13 January 2026. The purpose of this Industry Day is to provide information regarding opportunities within the Large Caliber portfolio to include roadmaps outlining forecasted development and production activities for 50mm and 120mm ammunition. Interested participants must pre-register for Industry Day by completing the registration form attached to this announcement no later than 19 December 2025. In addition to the registration form, all representatives MUST provide a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement also attached to this announcement. Please send the completed forms electronically to Michael Lau (Specialist) at michael.t.lau3.civ@army.mil and Erin Donaldson (PCO) at erin.m.donaldson2.civ@army.mil no later than 19 December 2025 @ 2pm Eastern. Only personnel that have been pre-approved by the PCO are permitted to attend. All briefs will be Distribution F – Further distribution only as directed by PM MAS or higher DOD authority. Further distribution is subject to the terms of the associated NDA. Requests to attend the Large Caliber Virtual Industry Day must include a brief statement describing the company’s capabilities as a manufacturer of large caliber ammunition or subcomponents within the ammunition. If the interested company does not currently manufacture large caliber ammunition or subcomponents the request must include a statement describing its rationale underlying its interest in this event. Please title your email as follows: “Response to Large Caliber Virtual Industry Day Sources Sought Announcement Number W15QKN-26-X-1AQ0 (Company Name)” and send to the POCs listed on this announcement. The Virtual Industry Day will consist of a presentation provided by the Product Manager (PdM) Large Caliber Ammunition, OPM-MAS (estimated to be about 1 hour in length) followed by an (up to) 1 hour question and answer session via Microsoft Teams and will cover all current and planned OPM-MAS acquisitions overseen by PdM Large Caliber Ammunition. The Government may also include historical information as part of its presentation. The Government reserves the right to change plans at any time. Some information exchanged during this session will be Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Questions can be submitted in advance or on the day of the event. Questions can be provided to Michael Lau (Specialist) at michael.t.lau3.civ@army.mil and Erin Donaldson (PCO) at erin.m.donaldson2.civ@army.mil leading up to the event, as well as through the virtual session on the day of the event. Questions and responses will be presented and addressed with other companies present, in an open forum during the general Q&A session. One-on-One Sessions: These will be conducted after the conclusion of the Virtual Industry Day for any interested participants. One-on-One sessions (1 hour max per session) will be scheduled upon Government acceptance of a company’s written request, which must be received by 19 December 2025. The one-on-one sessions will be used to inform the Government of the current and developing capabilities of the industrial base and ask questions pertaining to information provided during Industry Day. The following are the Large Caliber Virtual Industry Day Rules of Engagement (RoE): The Government intends to use this forum to better refine its requirements, not to elicit trade secrets. No sales pitches allowed from industry, no giveaways. No cameras, tape recorders, or other reproduction devices are permitted. Recording is not permitted. Contractor personnel must be identified in advance, and only advance substitutions (2 days in advance notice) will be permitted. Positive identification via virtual and auditory roll calls will be performed before and during the presentation and any non-registered participants will be removed from the Microsoft Teams meeting. This announcement shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Industry Day.
