The system employs one high resolution secure digital camera for wide angle down tube and one high resolution (1080i output) camera right angle detail views of the bore interior surface under remote controlled white and UV lighting. Encoders provide on-screen down tube and circumferential position information. An on-board recorder captures high definition digital still or movies of the inspection. All components are designed for use with the target tube in place on the Magnaflux magnetic particle horizontal wet cannon tube inspection machine or in a shop floor inspection station. Visual examination of 81-120mm cannon gun tubes on the horizontal wet fluorescent magnetic particle inspection machine or shop floor inspection station. Maximum tube length shall be 120 inches.
