VPRO MAX2 LOW TEMP STERILIZERS

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Medium Steam Sterilizers and Equipment from qualified quoters.

The Kansas City VA Medical Center is purchasing a VPRO Max Low Temperature Sterilizer.

This will be a One-Time-Buy with delivery and installation provided within 90 days. The Solicitation will be issued unrestricted. Quoters will be considered eligible under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following. Small Business Administration https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ database and/or the SAM database (https://sam.gov) to be eligible for award.

The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about January 30, 2026. Quotes will be accepted commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the www.sam.gov website, as no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective contractors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the www.sam.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM) prospective contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. SAM registration is required under the applicable NAICS Code.
