    The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues pre-solicitation W519TC-25-Q-A085 for the procurement of FRS M7A1 Flat Rack Components in the support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology enter (RIA-JMTC).
