WAPA - UGP DEVIL'S LAKE SUBSTATION SUPPLIES FY25

Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Upper Great Plains Region (UGP) has a requirement to replenish supplies at the Devil's Lake Substation and North Dakota Maintenance Warehouse.

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business; the applicable North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 331420 and size standard is 1,050 employees.

The Government intends a single, firm fixed-priced delivery order to the responsible small business whose quotation represents the most advantageous offer received in response to this solicitation. Please review the addendum to FAR clause 52.212-1 contain within the SF1449 for specific instructions.

All quotations shall be submitted on or before the solicitation closing date and time stated in block 8 to be considered. Submit quotes electronically by email to the Contracting Specialist, Dusty Akom, at akom@wapa.gov.

     a.   Submissions must include a signed completed SF 1449 to be considered for award.

     b.    Provide unit prices and totals in blocks 19 – 24 of the SF 1449 Schedule of Supplies/Services for all line items (CLINS). Please also provide estimated DELIVERY date(s). Pricing and terms shall include FOB destination delivery and remain valid for a minimum of 60 days from the close of this solicitation. 

     c.    Product specifications must be provided for all items quoted.

Note: Contractor personnel requiring access to Federal facilities must possess a REAL ID-compliant identification card in accordance with 6 CFR part 37.
