WATER FILTRATION MEDIA

The U.S. Embassy Kingston requires the supply and delivery of water filtration media for use in carbon and multimedia filtration systems. This is a commercial supply acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

The Contractor shall provide and deliver the following items :

• Granular Activated Carbon (GAC), NSF Certified – Quantity: 30 units
  • Must be NSF-certified for potable water treatment
  • Suitable for removal of chlorine, taste, odor, and organic contaminants
  • Pre-washed, low dust, and ready for installation
• Depth Filter Media – Zeolite (Chemsorb or Equal) – Quantity: 20 units
  • Must be zeolite-based filtration media or equal
  • Suitable for removal of ammonia, turbidity, and heavy metals
  • Durable, uniform grading for consistent filtration performance
• Garnet Filter Media (Support/Bedding Layer) – Quantity: 9 units
  • High-density media for use as support layer in multimedia filtration systems
  • Washed, graded, and free from contaminants

All items must be new, unused, and of current production, meeting industry standards for water treatment applications. The Government reserves the right to reject non-conforming products.

Delivery Terms

Delivery shall be 15 calendar days after award, FOB Destination - SUVI Global Services - Doral, FL. 33178. US. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with packaging, handling, transportation and delivery.

The items should be packaged for international shipping to final destination - US Embassy Kingston - Kingston, Jamaica

Response

Quotations should be sent in USD excluding duties or taxes and must include delivery time, warranty information, detailed product specifications and certification documentation (including NSF certification for GAC) .

All firms that respond to this request for quotation must at the time of submitting their quotations must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Interested parties should email quotations with completed NDAA889 representations to kingstonquotes@state.gov no later than the response date.
