WATER SYSTEM PUMP

This is a solicitation for six (6) Water System Pumps, manufactured by MAXIMATOR US (MAXPRO TECHNOLOGIES), Part Number MTPP15‑W‑PP111‑HL‑N‑G‑2V‑RD, for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA.

This requirement will be procured as a brand‑name, sole‑source acquisition from MAXIMATOR US (MAXPRO TECHNOLOGIES). As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), MAXIMATOR US (MAXPRO TECHNOLOGIES) is the only source capable of providing pumps that meet the shipyard’s operational and performance requirements. No third‑party or substitute items will be considered.

These pumps are one‑for‑one replacements for existing shipyard equipment and must be sourced from the OEM (or an authorized distributor) to ensure compatibility with current systems and continued compliance with OEM and shipyard performance standards. Use of non‑OEM components would risk equipment malfunction, system failure, and delays to the vessel’s maintenance schedule.

This solicitation will result in a Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) award.
