WATER/WASTEWATER LAB TESTING SERVICES

Description 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0097  is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Lab Testing Services.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541380 The small business size standard is $19M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. 

In order to be considered for award OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing the service description, price for each performance period with the total for base plus all options, and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote.
2. Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. 
3. Past Performance References- Please see Attachment 3- Past Performance document for what is required.
4. Contractor qualifications documentation per requirements of the Statement of Work, Section 1.4.

REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.

DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
