WESTPAC IDIQ UPDATE

THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Navy Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka Site Singapore (NAVSUP FLCY). NAVSUP FLCY is requesting information and feedback on the attached Draft Performance work Statement (PWS).

This RFI is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition.     

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement with specific details regarding your company’s ability to meet the requirements found in the attached Draft PWS. The capability statement shall be no more than five (5) pages.

Vendors are also encouraged to identify areas in the Draft PWS that are confusing, require additional information or clarification for a future Request for Proposal (RFP).  Comments and questions regarding the Draft PWS are not considered in the total page count.

A cover page for the response shall be included. The cover page shall include the company name, address, points of contact (names, email, and telephone numbers), CAGE Code, Business Size Status for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of this RFI, number of years in business, affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners. The cover page is not considered in the total page count. 

The Ship Repair Facility Detachment Singapore (SRF) and NAVSUP FLCY Site Singapore will be holding Industry days on 12 Sep 2025 (San Diego) and 26 Sep 2025 (Singapore). More to follow. Please indicate your interest along with the response to the RFI. Reimbursement WILL NOT be provided by the government for participation or preparation in the industry day.

NAVSUP FLCY will accept only electronic unclassified submission of responses. Responses shall be sent to Cony Ng at Cony.w.ng.ln@us.navy.mil  and Emily Seratch  emily.r.seratch.civ@us.navy.mil with the subject line "RFI N6264925RR001." All responses shall be unclassified and submitted by no later than 10:00AM Singapore Local time on  24 Jul 2025.

This RFI is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a RFP.  This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government.  The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.  This RFI Notice is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes.

The Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received in response to this RFI and, WILL NOT compensate the respondent for any cost incurred in developing the response to this RFI.  Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Phone calls will not be accepted.

Industry day #1 is geared for the US Prime Contractor and is the main event. Industry day #2 is geared for the potential in theater teaming partners/sub contractors, but Prime Contractor are encouraged to attend with their potential partners
