A study has determined a need for 6.81 wetland mitigation units and 449 functional feet of stream mitigation to meet the MDE’s “no net loss” requirements under COMAR 26.23.04.03 and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requirements under the 2008 Federal Mitigation Rule.
