WHEEL WELL STANDS

The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply:

The 76th AMXG/KC-46 POM is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase KC-46 Wheel Well Stands.

The requested equipment item descriptions/specifications are outlined below.

a. Towable-Dual Height 757/767 Wheel Well Stands

b. Quantity: Four (4) each

c. Adjustable Top deck size: 24"-36" wide and 20"-24" deep.

d. Top deck adjusts manually from 60" ± 5” to 80" ± 5" at a maximum without hydraulic equipment.

e. Total Footprint less than or equal to 120" long x 60" wide.

f. Skydrol resistant coating.

g. Anti-Slip Stair Tread

h. Collapsible handrails along the sides of the stand. Railing or chain on the forward end of top step. Swivel casters. Breaks.

i. Removable tow bar on rear side.

j. Contractor responsible for offloading equipment

k. Include Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manual for the stand

l. OSHA Compliant.

m. Part will be delivered fully assembled.

A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.

Estimated Period of Performance:  120 days ARO

This is a small business set-aside

System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332312 with a size standard of 500 EMP.
