    Description

    This is a sources sought only, not requesting any quotes at this time. Looking for viable vendors that can encompass the entire White River National Forest for vault pumping services. This requirement is to provide septic pumping service of sixty-six (64) vaults at twenty-four (24) US Forest Service managed recreation sites located in Eagle, Garfield, Pitkin, and Summit Counties, Colorado as identified in the attached.

    This requirement will be set-aside for 100% small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991-Septic Tank and Related Servces.  The small business size standard is $9 Million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

    The 24 recreation sites contain a total of 64 1000 gallon vault toilets and 1 vault of 500 gallons. All vaults need to be pumped when they reach 80% capacity, with 90% of the vault content removed. Generally, the vaults will require at least one (1) pumping per year, but some vaults will be pumped multiple times a year.

    All vault waste shall be disposed of at a commercial treatment facility off National Forest Lands. Provide the quantity of volume pumped for at each site and note any discrepancies or abnormalities (cracks, chips, vandalism, or broken hatch) at the vault sites.
