WILHELMSHAVEN, GERMANY S&RTS

Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through the Port of Wilhelmshaven and serves as the primary location for the transit of Class V Ammunition & Explosives (A&E) destined to US Army and Air Force unit(s) stationed in northern Germany. S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing the United States Government (USG) military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transitioning through designated seaport. Operational tasks shall include, but not limited to, all stevedoring and longshoring required for vessel, truck, rail loading and discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management staging, intra port transfers, cargo prep, checking and tallying, and handling and warehousing Government provided dunnage and tiedown materials. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated throughout the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with “Safety, Efficiency, and US Warfighters in Mind”.
