SPE7L326R0003 will be issued as a firm-fixed Price Request for Proposal (RFP) for NSN 2590-01-693-7794 for a quantity of 2 each and will include a 100% quantity option for an additional 2 each (a total of 4 each).  The prior awarded unit price of $203,140.32 each was used to estimate the total acquisition value of $406,280.64. 

LAKE SHORE SYSTEMS, INC. 34712, a large business, is the sole approved source for this winch parts kits, which has an AMC/AMSC of 3/C.

Since competition is not anticipated from two small businesses offering the product of a small manufacturer, this solicitation will be issued unrestricted.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to “best value” procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, and Delivery. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
