Work items include but are not limited to demolition, material removal, plumbing, fixture replacement, insulation of exposed water lines, ceiling tile replacement and wall surfaces replaced as needed. Any existing water lines that do not leak may be left in place. The Government’s estimate is less than $25,000.00.
