WOOD DISPLAYS AND FIXTURES

As part of its market research, the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there is an adequate number of qualified vendors capable of fulfilling a recurring requirement to provide the following commercial Wooden Fixtures and Displays to up to 235 commissary stores within CONUS, Alaska and Hawaii, OCONUS (Far East and Europe), and Puerto Rico. 1. 2B07-A Table, Bakery with Drop Leaves – The purpose of this equipment is to provide a 360-degree bakery goods display for patron self-service selections
2. 2B07-B Display Bakery Island - The purpose of this equipment is to provide 360-degree bakery goods, multi-tiered display for patron self-service selections
3. CED 2B07-C Display Bakery Island Sectional - The purpose of this equipment is to provide 360-degree bakery goods, multi-tiered display for patron self-service selections
4. CED 2B07-D Table Bakery Double-Sided Flat Top - The purpose of this equipment is to provide 360-degree bakery goods, multi-tiered display for patron self-service selections
5. CED 2P02-I Display Wall Floral 3 Step – The purpose of this equipment is to spot merchandise floral display.
6. CED 2P08-C Table Tilt-Top Produce 48X36 / CED 2P08-F Table Tilt-Top Produce 36X36 – The purpose of this equipment is to display produce on a tilt-top surface to allow commissary patrons an unobstructed view of the product.
7. CED 2P16-A Orchard Bin / CED 2P16-B Orchard Bin with Ice Reservoir – The purpose of the equipment is to display dry or iced bulk produce items such as pumpkins or watermelons
8. CED 2P17 Orchard Bin Set (Four Bins) – The purpose of this equipment is to accent and merchandise selected produce in a walk around floor display
9. CED 2P20-C Cart 6 Step Cortina Style, Retractable – The purpose of this equipment is to display and merchandise a variety of produce products.
10. CED 2P22-E End Cap European Style, Mobile – The purpose of this equipment is to serve as mobile end caps for produce displays and increase usable merchandising areas.
11. CED 2P30-S3L Display Produce End Cap, Crate Style
12. CED 2P30-S3R Display Produce End Cap, Crate Style – The purpose of this equipment is to serve as end caps for produce and increase usable merchandising area.

Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.203, electronic annual representations and certifications must be completed to be considered for future award. In addition, FAR 4.203 states that prospective vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. All small business set-asides shall be verified in SBA using the Small Business Search.
