Gutters and downspouts on all the eaves shall be removed and replaced with new aluminum seamless gutters with gutter guards and downspouts. The Contractor shall also install a cricket in the valleys between the entrance foyer roof and the adjacent octagonal roofs to create a high point ensuring positive drainage of this area. All material provided in the performance of this Contract shall be new and meet the requirements of the specifications.
