Occupancy, the space is required on or before January 15, 2026. Lease term will be 5 years; 3-year firm fixed price with additional 2 one - year soft terms. The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise, the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 2580 Henderson Drive, Jacksonville, North Carolina 28546. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider the cost of moving, tenant improvements, etc., when deciding whether the Mutual Tower Office should relocate.
