A minimum of 8,450 Net Useable Square Feet (NUSF) up to a maximum of 9,999 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) square feet (SF) of space is desired for use by VA as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Freeport, Illinois. VA will consider leased space located in an existing building as well as land to be fully developed and space constructed by the submitting party in accordance with VA requirements ( One-step ). Parking Requirements are stated in RLP 36C25225R0057. Lease Term: A Fully serviced lease is desired for the term of twenty (20) years with ten (10) years firm, 10 years soft. The new lease is estimated to award before September 30th, 2025. 36C25225R0057 is not set-aside and considered full and open.
