    YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL CEMETERY – LAUREL, MT

    THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.
    This notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be provided for any costs associated with responding to this notice.

    The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA), is conducting market research to identify Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of performing the requirements of the FY26 Shrine Project at Yellowstone National Cemetery, located at 55 Buffalo Trail Road, Laurel, MT 59044.

    PROJECT OVERVIEW

    The anticipated project includes, but is not limited to:
    • Raising, lowering, realigning, leveling, backfilling, and cleaning 628 upright granite headstones in Section B.
    • Turf renovation and re‑establishment of approximately 17,082 sq. ft.

    REQUIRED INFORMATION FROM INTERESTED SDVOSBs

    Businesses that identify as SDVOSB and have the capability to perform this work are invited to submit the following:

    1. Company Name & Address
    2. Point of Contact Information
    3. SAM.gov UEI Number
    4. Verification of SDVOSB Status (Must be certified in the SBA VetCert program)
    5. Capability Statement demonstrating experience with:
      • Headstone raising, resetting, and realignment
      • Precision surveying and alignment with tight tolerances
      • Turf renovation, grading, and large‑scale sod installation
      • Work performed in sensitive environments, such as cemeteries or similar sites
      • Projects of comparable size, complexity, and labor intensity
    6. Past Performance Examples, preferably within the past 5 years
