This proposed contract is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Contract and quotations will be evaluated using Low Cost/Technically acceptable to the Government.
The Government/AFFS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government/AFFS cancels this solicitation, the Government/AFFS has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Proposals must be timely and refer to the attached Statement of Work and submitted electronically via email to jay.woolsey.ctr@us.af.mil and betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil NLT Monday November 12, 2025 10 A.M. CST. Quotes must be valid for 180 days. No late responses will be excepted or considered.
AFFS will be awarding this project on behalf of the Government. Therefore, vendor paperwork will need to be completed and returned to get the awardee set up in the accounting system.
