YORK CHILLER SPARES

The US Embassy Dar Es Salaam wishes to solicit your proforma cost estimate to supply York chiller spares as per the specifications below. The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price.

Quotations are due by August 5, 2025. at 05:00 p.m. East Africa time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Please submit your quotation electronically to DarProcurementbid@state.gov in MS Word 2016/365, MS Excel 2016/365, or PDF format. Each email, including attachments, must not exceed 30MB. If your files are larger than 30MB, please split them into multiple emails, ensuring each email with its attachments is under the 30MB limit.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must submit the following:

1. Estimated time of delivery after receipt of an order.
2. Completed pricing table for all items to include freight cost.
3. Proof of Sam active registration.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission will deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.
