COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in
accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes
the only solicitation, and quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation 140L4025Q0044 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation
documents and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05. This is a total small business set-aside under North
