    Description

    SOURCES SOUGHT: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The National Park Service is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest and capability of any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition under NAICS code 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard $19 M for an upcoming requirement for the Home of Franklin Roosevelt Rose Garden and Burial NHS in Hyde Park, NY. *******

    Project Description: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the removal of existing stone dust paths and construction of new stabilized aggregate garden paths designed to be universally accessible, Removal of turf, Installation of metal edging, re-grading of the garden area, dry-well installation and stormwater drainage improvements to eliminate standing water, restoration of garden¿s planting beds and re-sodding of lawn areas. This project also includes installation of new drip and sprinkler irrigation systems and new pedestrian post and chain barriers.******

    Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000******

    Responses to this announcement are requested from (1) SBA certified Small Business HubZone firms; (2) Small Business firms certified by a Small Business Administration (SBA) district or regional office for participation in the 8(a)program; (3) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small Business firms; (4) Woman Owned Small Businesses; (5) Small Business; and (6) any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition.******
