The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of 45.0M. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Serviam (SDVOSB) for construction. This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price sole source. The Canandaigua VAMC has an Emergency Roof repair in building 3 project 528A5-25-511 that is compromised and severely damaged. The intent of this effort is to receive the construction support services needed to repair the roof immediately. The Canandaigua VAMC requires a contractor that is ready and available to perform the work and this contract is already on site performing similar work. Other persons may identify their interest by responding to this requirement by Friday, May 23, at 12 noon ET. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.  All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
