This project is subject to FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Scope of Work: The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not limited to the following: This is a construction project for the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468 to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, and material necessary to Replace Morgue Freezers. All work shall be completed in accordance with all published applicable local/state/federal/national codes, ordinances, and regulations, along with all related VA directives, design guides and manuals, specifications, and standards plus all VA requirements (federal or local) that are project specific to the documented scope of work on this site. Please see the attached Statement of Work and Brand Name or Equal Product Salient Characteristics documents. Project Completion: 365 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about April 2, 2026. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and all responses/submissions to the solicitation to be posted later shall be emailed. Faxed or hand carried bids will not be accepted. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.sam.gov with a Unique Entity Identifier and verified/certified as SDVOSB in the Small Business Search https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ at the time of bid/offer submission and before award of this procurement.
