This project is to be contracted as a Design-Build service and shall include architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, construction and all such systems and components necessary to achieve the project goals presented in the attached scope of work. The project includes design, demolition, and construction of a new chiller system for approximately 13,000 gross square feet. The new chiller system will utilize the existing rooftop dunnage, plumbing, and existing connections.
