In consideration of time, a draft copy of the SOW is being posted along with the data report, and drawings for review ahead of a scheduled sited visit To Be Determined and will be released with solicitation posting. A request for proposal will be issued as a total SDVOSB set aside on the open market. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19M. PSC Code is Z1NZ Maintenance of Other Utilities. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with VAAR 836.204. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM.
