THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Bldg. 171, Temple, TX, 76504 intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a single, firm fixed price contract for Construction Services.
