THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, 5441 Babcock Road, Ste. 302, San Antonio intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a single, firm fixed price contract for Construction Services.
