    The River Authority is seeking to award a contract(s) for the following professional services or MARTINEZ II AND UPPER MARTINEZ WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (WWTP) OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS AND RESILIENCY DESIGN.The objective of this project is to prioritize and implement improvements at both Upper Martinez and Martinez II Wastewater Treatment Plants by executing engineering tasks and assessments for Upper Martinez (UM) WWTP with the intention to restore UM’s operational capacity of 2.21 MGD thereby reducing the reliance of diverting 1 MGD from Upper Martinez to Martinez II. In addition to UM restoration, the overall objective of the project is to improve operational efficiency, resiliency, and reliability at both wastewater treatment plants.The goods and/or services shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents, all applicable Laws and all exhibits and Attachments identified in the table of contents.
