The River Authority is seeking to award a contract(s) for the following professional services or SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS REGIONAL WATER PLANNING GROUP TECHNICAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT (REGION L) . Additionally, the Region L Planning Group authorized the River Authority to apply for funding to initiate the Seventh Cycle of Regional Water Planning. The South Central Texas Regional Water Planning Group (Region L) includes the following counties: Atascosa, Bexar, Caldwell, Calhoun, Comal, Dewitt, Dimmit, Frio, Goliad, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, La Salle, Medina, Refugio, Uvalde, Victoria, Wilson, Zavala and part of Hays Counties. Under the direction of Region L, the consultant shall prepare a regional water plan. The goods and/or services shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents, all applicable Laws and all exhibits and Attachments identified in the table of contents.
