In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Contract documents can be purchased from Dataflow for $80.00 with check or credit card. Digital copies can be purchased for $49.00. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is January 26, 2026 by 5:00pm. A project walk through will be held on January 21, 2026 at 11:00 am. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process. Failure to adhere to this provision may result in the disqualification under the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
