The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091106 titled Replace Air Handler Unit #3 - Fine Arts until 2:00 p.m. local time on February 17, 2026 the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. All work on this Contract is to be completed by August 15, 2027. The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 091106, titled Replace Air Handling Unit #3 - Fine Arts and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: PCB and Asbestos Abatement Selective Mechanical and Electrical Demo Duct Cleaning Installation of Air Handling Unit and associated piping, electrical work and controls Testing, Adjusting and Balancing The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091106 titled Replace Air Handler Unit #3 – Fine Arts until 2:00 p.m. local time on February 17, 2026 the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
