Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract to perform consultation, research, professional and technical services required for Hazardous Waste Site Investigation and Design Services, including, but not limited to, field sampling, construction materials testing, analysis, reports, plant inspection and work related to testing equipment calibration. The work shall be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system facilities throughout counties of Inyo, Mono and Eastern Kern in California, within the limits of District 9. Specific location of the work to be performed within this geographic location shall be identified in each Task Order. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. The estimated contract amount is $513,004 - $833,632. No DBE/DVBE Participation Goal Required. The estimated contract term is three (3) years. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting a Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
