CCS will deliver the vehicles to any location within 25 miles of 889 E 17th Ave, Columbus, OH 43211. If the winner is outside of this driving distance, then that vendor will have to pick up the vehicles and deliver them once the outfit is compelte. Outfitting must be complete and vehicles available for pickup within 8 weeks of either the purchase order or the vehicle delivery, whichever comes last. Extensions for back-ordered parts are possible upon approval from CCS. Liquidated Damages: If the vehicles are not available for CCS to use within the 8 week timeframe, a fee of $20 per day per vehicle will be assessed. Columbus City Schools has established an Outreach Program to increase participation of businesses designated as Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE). The Board of Education (BOE) has established an aspirational goal of 20% participation by business designated as LEDE. Vendors are strongly encouraged to use a good faith effort to support the BOE in achieving the Districts LEDE participation goals.
