Description

A. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, incidentals, and all other items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. B. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following:Pre-TAB:Perform pre-TAB on existing airside and hydronic systems, prepare report, and submit to Owner.Mechanical:Inspect, clean, and disinfect existing supply/return/exhaust ductwork and plenums scheduled to remain. Disconnect, remove, and replace select fume hoods and associated appurtenances where indicated within the laboratory space. Disconnect, remove, and replace portions of the existing exhaust duct as indicated where it extends through the existing roof deck. Disconnect, remove, and replace the existing rooftop-mounted exhaust fans, plenum, and roof curbs. Disconnect, remove, and replace the existing inline chilled water pump, air separator, and appurtenances.Electrical:Miscellaneous supporting electrical work is included in the scope of the project.Architectural:Saw-cut, remove, and replace a select portion of the existing low-slope roofing system including rigid board insulation down to the existing metal roof deck as required for demolition and new work.Commissioning & Closeout:Provide start‑up/testing and TAB of new systems, perform Owner training, and provide O&M manuals and record documents in accordance with specs.
