    The University of Iowa (hereafter, The University/University) located in Iowa City, Iowa, desires to obtain written proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide tumor measurement and metrics software that is currently on the market. Please be aware that this is an extensive bid. All Suppliers are cautioned to allow ample time for the submittal of RFP responses well before the due date time requirement. Bids must be submitted via the eBid system. Questions regarding the bid may be submitted by registered Suppliers via the Questions tab within eBid prior to the question cutoff date. All Supplier questions and the University answers to those questions will be published sometime after the Questions close deadline for all interested Suppliers to review. --- Q&A --- Q1: Would UIHC like the vendor to provide a return on investment (ROI) calculation or summary based on the specific scope of the RFP? A1: This is not necessary. Please detail how proposed software is able to categorize issues by type, including, but not limited to, scheduling, access, etc", Please clarify what type of issue tracking is being requested, whether in terms of customer support or technical specifics. A2: Supplier should provide details about the issue tracking that Supplier is able to provide both in terms of customer support and if possible any technical specifics on how issues are tracked, categorized, etc through resolution of issues. If this is not what is meant, please clarify what configuration data and what other cross-vendors are involved and what configuration data needs to be migrated, from which systems or formats, for what purpose, and what is the size/scope of these data A3: This line should not have been included in this Features and Functionalities spreadsheet.
