    Description

    East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for a project to replace the existing unit ventilators at Goodwin Elementary School, 1235 Forbes St, East Hartford, CT. The scope of design services shall consist of all work including, but not limited to, demolition and removal of the existing pneumatically controlled horizontal unit ventilators (heat only) original to the building and replacing them with new and efficient hot water ventilators with electronic controls. The design will also include controls that will communicate to the existing BMS. Proposals are being sought from licensed and experienced mechanical engineering firms to provide construction design and construction administration services.
