    Description

    The Board of Trustees of the Galveston Wharves, Galveston, Texas (the “Port”), acting as the non-Federal sponsor, hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms to provide professional planning, engineering, environmental, economic, and program management services necessary to complete a Section 216 Review of Completed Project Study for the Galveston Harbor and Channel Federal Navigation Project.The study will be conducted pursuant to Section 203 of the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 1986, as amended. The Port will prepare the study for Federal review and consideration by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works (ASA(CW)).
