Compliance with the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) prevailing wage requirements is mandatory. All contractors and subcontractors performing work under this RFB must be Davis-Bacon compliant and shall pay applicable prevailing wages as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
