    The Airport Authority of the City of Gulf Shores (“Airport Authority”), in cooperation with the City of Gulf Shores (“City”), is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified aviation planning consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive Airport Master Plan Update and Airport Layout Plan (ALP) for Gulf Shores International Airport at Jack Edwards Field (JKA). The Master Plan Update is expected to be funded in part through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP). The selection process will follow the current version of FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14 and all FAA guidance in effect at the time of contract execution, and all applicable City procurement requirements. This RFQ is a qualifications-based solicitation. Cost or fee information shall not be included in the SOQ.
